I made this varied edition of twenty for a mixed-media print exchange organized by Ivy Brennamen and SGCI International!
The text is from Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg. The whole quote is- “At work, when everyone else is at lunch, I’ve been typesetting all the history I’ve found, trying to make it look as important as it feels to me.” I feel like this quote sums up why I’m interested in this subject, and why I continue to make print work about it.
